We are Waterloo's first destination exclusively for new parents! We offer educational programming and coaching tailored to the needs of the modern parent from pregnancy to preschool. Our leading pre and postnatal practitioners and educators offer support in many ways that promote confidence, wellness and mindfulness throughout the early years of parenting.
